Every year, time immemorial, Flying Pie has made heart-shaped pizzas for Valentine’s Day. Below are some frequently asked questions about heart-shaped pizzas. 

Isn’t a heart-shaped pizza less food than a regular one?  
No, we use the same weights, we just re-form the circle into a heart by our specially created, virtually patented top secret heart-shaped pizza making template. See http://www.flyingpie.com/vheart.html for a complete description of how it is done. 

Can you write “I Love You” in olives (pepperoni, zucchini, etc.) on the pizza? 
Nope, it just doesn’t work, we have tried. A great alternative is to write the message on the inside of the lid of the box.

Do I have to order in advance to get a heart-shaped pizza?  
Ordering in advance is encouraged and recommended. Especially for 4-6pm pick-up orders!

A lot of people seem to know about this heart-shaped pizza thing, what gives?  
Not only do we have table tents, a website, and a counter sign telling folks about it, but a few years ago the Idaho Statesman published an article about us and our fancy hearts. 

Can I get a party sized heart-shaped pizza?  
Nope, we don’t have screens bigger than 20” and it takes a larger screen to make a heart pizza than a regular one. They do come in 10”, 12” and 14”. For boxed heart-shaped pizzas, we use one size bigger box to accommodate the shape.
